With More Than 60 Years Cone Baking Experience Before Developing Our First STARLAND Automatic Cone Production system, a fully mechanical-operated automatic machine comes to our mind: Simple-to-use,easy-to-maintain and reliable. The machine evolved in the past 15 yaars to become faster,more efficient and eco-friendlier. They make decent cones too.
Today, we still enjoy baking cones,Baking cones and building machines are equally important to us. It provides us unlimited possibilities to develop new cones or related products for customers. Sometimes,you need a new recipe,a new machine or even a new system to create a new cone products. Also, production output depends on the quality of cone mix, oven temperature and thickness of wafer.
Durable Baking Plates. Material is QT500 nodular cast iron. It is stable and durable. Still good in our factory after 10 years use. Plates are designed and patented in a way to maximize heat absorption(Utility Model Patent#: ZL200920008201.0).
Double Layered Panel Door. Hot air escapes from door top cold air move in from door bottom. Air inside door become heat insulator. It reduces heat loss from the oven, saving energy and keeping the panel cool.
The machines have characteristics with energy-saving, safety, sanitation, high capacity and easy operation. Meanwhile, we can design and make different models according to the requirements from different customers.
