With More Than 60 Years Cone Baking Experience Before Developing Our First STARLAND Automatic Cone Production system, a fully mechanical-operated automatic machine comes to our mind: Simple-to-use,easy-to-maintain and reliable. The machine evolved in the past 15 yaars to become faster,more efficient and eco-friendlier. They make decent cones too.
Today, we still enjoy baking cones,Baking cones and building machines are equally important to us. It provides us unlimited possibilities to develop new cones or related products for customers. Also, production output depends on the quality of cone mix, oven temperature and thickness of wafer.
Durable Baking Plates. Material is QT500 nodular cast iron. It is stable and durable. Still good in our factory after 10 years use. Plates are designed and patented in a way to maximize heat absorption(Utility Model Patent#: ZL200920008201.0).
Component and parts. High quality imported bearings, accessories and grease are used for stable machine running and minimal parts replacement.
